After you have placed the order and paid the deposit for the birds, our clients are entitled to a 48-hour cancellation window, in which you can request for the order to be cancelled. In the event that you do exercise this right, you will receive a full refund.
We believe in giving everyone having an opportunity to purchase incredible ducks, whether for beautiful pets or for exhibition purposes, and so we price our birds fairly and in line with the market's trends. We are also able to tailor packages specific to your needs - for example, if you would like to purchase a large number of birds, we are usually able to offer discounts.

If you would prefer for the birds to be delivered directly to your property, please contact us and we can arrange for a courier to deliver the birds.
We will contact every client who places an order through the online store within a week of reserving the birds.
Our adult ducks are usually available during August and September, although we will update our inventory levels regularly throughout the year, in order to meet demand. All of our clients are entitled to a 48-hour, money-back cancellation window after placing an order. If a client wishes to take advantage of this window, they should contact us as soon as possible. Silver Birch accepts no responsibility to refund any funds transferred after this period. If a client wishes to cancel their order after this period of time, Silver Birch is not required to refund the amount transferred, although the order will be cancelled with immediate effect.
